Print, Sign, and Return to your coach or team mom as directed. Code of Conduct needs to be signed by player and parents.

Additional paperwork may be required by the league or specific age groups. Pay attention to your team channel on Slack for more info.

Uniform Information

We will be using IGG screen printing for our uniforms this spring. There will be an online ordering page for parents to place their orders directly with the vendor.

There is an association uniform fitting night on February 11 at Metropolitan Bible Church – 7201 W. Britton Rd. OKC OK 73132. 

If you need to order uniform items, you need to be at the fitting. Players can reuse any uniform items they already have.
